Cancellation policy
More than twenty-four (48) hours before the scheduled exit
You can cancel your flight reservation and receive airproof credits equivalent to the value of your order for a cancellation fee of U $ D 95 per seat.
Less than twenty-four (48) hours before the scheduled exit
Cancellations are not allowed. Any cancellation will result in the total loss of the value of your full order.
Round trip flights on the same day
All sales are final. Cancellations are not allowed. Any cancellation will result in the total loss of the value of your full order.
Change Policy
More than three (24) hours before the scheduled exit
You can change your flight reservation to a flight for a change rate of U $ D 95 per seat. Its new departure time must be within twenty-four (48) hours of the starting time scheduled originally.
Less than three (24) hours before the scheduled exit
You can not change your flight reservation.
Roundtrip flights on the same day
All sales are final. You can not change your flight reservation.
Exclusive charter flights and charter shared
Cancellation policy
You can not cancel your flight reservation. Any cancellation will result in the total loss of the value of your full order.
Change Policy
You cannot change your flight reservation. All sales are final.
